FAQs

NI31 is open-end mutual fund based on Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) concept. It invests in fundamentally strong and highly liquid 31 stocks listed on NEPSE. The fund aims to be an effective vehicle for our clients seeking secure and long-term wealth creation to make their future financially secure and happy.

The portfolio under this scheme is constructed in such a way that ensures balance representation of all the sectors based on the free-float market capitalization. So, diversity is at optimum with less impact of market volatility. It offers our clients steady return amidst market fluctuation through professional management. Being passive in nature, it has lower transaction costs and expense ratio as compared to other types of mutual fund schemes.

For this scheme, a sperate dedicated model is developed to identify fundamentally strong companies by conducting an in-depth analysis of the key financial metrics of all the listed companies. Based on the model’s ranking, NI 31 selects top 31 companies for investment. The list of 31 companies is reviewed or reshuffled semiannually.

It is open-end mutual fund, so unlike close, end there is no maturity period. You can invest in the scheme as long you want.

It is not listed in NEPSE. The transactions can be carried out purchased by following two options:
